- Sriracha

Ingredients
- 1 - 6 oz Canned Salmon
- 2 Green Onions, finely chopped
- 1 Avocado, sliced
- 3 teaspoons Sriracha
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1-2 Tablespoons Mayo (optional)
- Roasted Seaweed or Nori Sheets
Instructions
Prepare the Salmon Filling:
In a medium bowl, combine the drained canned salmon, chopped green onions, sriracha, sesame oil, and mayonnaise (if using). Mix until evenly combined.
Prepare the Avocado:
Dice or mash the avocado, depending on your texture preference.
Assemble the Wraps:
Lay a sheet of seaweed flat on a clean surface.
Spread an even layer of the salmon mixture onto the lower third of the seaweed sheet.
Add a few pieces of diced or mashed avocado on top of the salmon mixture.
Roll the Wraps or leave it open:
Starting from the edge closest to you, tightly roll the seaweed into a wrap. Seal the edge with a dab of water to keep it closed. Or You can leave it open like an open face sandwich
Serve and Enjoy:
Slice the wraps in half or enjoy them whole for a quick snack or light meal. Pair with salt and vinigar cumcumbers..
