Ingredients
- 6 Skin-on, Bone-In Chicken Thighs
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Paste
- 1.5 Tablespoon Ginger Paste
- 1 Tablespoon Soybean Paste
- 1 Cup Korean Bbq Original Bulgogi Style Marinade
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl seperate fromt the chicken. Taste your marinade and make sure you love it
- Add the chicken to the marinade and keep it in the fridge for 12-24 hours.
- Heat up your grill to 375 degrees,
- Place chicken skin down on grates for 3-5 mins on direct heat. Then flip chicken to indirect heat for 20-25 mins until meat is full cooked. Check on it during the grilling process. Depending on your grill you may need to move it around.
- Let that Chicken rest for 5 minutes and then enjoy
