Ingredients

  • Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
  • Lemon
  • Agave Simple Syrup

Instructions

  1. Shake with ice 2 ounces Gin with 3/4 ounce Fresh Lemon juice and 3/4 ounce Agave Simple Syrup
  2. Strain and Serve

Notes

  • Lemon Juice- Please only use fresh squeezed lemon juice. If you use store bought juice, it is not my recipe. Amazon Juicer
  • Agave Simple Syrup- Recipe is on my blog.
  • Want to be extra fancy? Add an egg white when shaking all the ingredients. This will elevate its texture, flavor, and appearance, creating a more enjoyable drinking experience.
